Stonecrop Overload is a first-person stress simulator where players work an overly demanding job preventing evidence of aliens from spreading to the public. Players must complete tasks that become increasingly chaotic over the course of 5 days, in an intense and ridiculous experience of unhealthy work culture.

Summary of Responsibilities

In a team of 2, I was the lead game designer and programmer.

I was in charge of gameplay and designing all relevant systems. This meant I had the final say regarding the game's design and design solutions.

I was in charge of balancing the different systems, mechanics, progression, and difficulty.

I managed and conducted the playtesting during development.

I programmed the game and all its mechanics.

I was involved with presenting and demonstrating the game in front of a panel of lecturers.
